Okay so i recently came up with a few things, but i produced it at -6db so its really quiet.
How can i go about to make it sound at normal volumes, or what can i do to fix it?
How can i make my track more loud after exporting?

You can use anything like a compressor, or eq, or limiter to turn up the output gain, as long as the effect of that plugin is being bypassed, so only the volume is being affected. Or you can get this free gain VST:

It's just a volume knob that goes from -12 to + 12dB's.

You're talking about the world of mastering. There's a variety of tools to use including limiters, compressors, multi-band compressors, soft clippers, stereo wideners, etc.
I'd advise you to look up videos about it or talk to a mastering engineer. There's not a simple answer to your question. It's also important to note that there isn't a one size fits all solution.

A 'quick fix' solution is run a limiter that allows input gain while limiting. Can't remember if FL's limiter does or not. Haven't used it in three years.
Another idea is throw a compressor with a light ratio in the master channel, and turn up the gain on that a little bit. Just make sure you don't over compress, or start clipping.

...makes your mixes loud and proud adding a brilliant finishing touch
is the last step for mastering actually but if u are lazy u can use it for a fast loud increase.

Imagine building a guitar and then tuning it and then playing it. That's what electronic music is.
