Sonic Academy tutorials?

Post by Neutronic »

Has anyone tried these tutorials? :) Im a logic pro user and it seems to me that there are some pretty solid tuts on trance and prog trance that are very useful for people who are in the sort of intermediate phase of learning their DAW. :)

I'm strongly considering subscribing and watching some of them because it just looks like that one can learn alot from these tuts :D Would recommend open minded people checking it out:

(inb4 I get shot for choosing "the easy way", I do honestly think that there are some pretty serious tricks to be learned from watching someone create an entire track of a certain genre. Of course the tracks arent perfect but they aint half bad either. Diversity <3 )

Hi Neutronic,

If you're looking to learn your DAW and get a bit more in-depth in to music production then I'd recommend checking out some mof the onlie courses that we offer:

http://www.pointblankonline.net/courses/

You can also see exactly how they work right here:

And you can even take a free sample here: http://www.pointblankonline.net/sample-a-course/

I'd defintely recommend that you check out the free sample for the EDM Course and for the Trance Course.

Let me know if you need any more info!

The Sonic Academy tutorials aren't half bad. They teach synthesis, compression, eqing, and the basics of mixing.
