Given the Q seems to be pushing the Qlub Underground/QULT stuff they're doing I can't see any reason why they wouldn't.

Use http://www.skyscanner.com. I found flights from Edinburgh to Amsterdam with £61 round trip. Also, you can pick a nearby airport like the one from Eindhoven.

I've wanted to go to Qlimax for some time now, but there has been something which has made me reconsider it.
I've heard that it's way overcrowded so it kinda takes the fun of being on the dancefloor killing it. I was @ HardBass earlier this year and that was really packed, so I am doubtfull if I should go or not.

Can anyone advise of a good hotel to stay at near the Gelredome???? need to start planning this while I have money transferred from my borrowings haha!!
