2:29, you can hear a falling bass but after, there's some kind of lowpass on it which kind of sounds like a wobbling, but I can get it right, how did he make it?

I think you can meke it yourself with a very low pitched sine wave with the right EQ who pitches down through automation and wich is sidechained with for example gross beat in FL Studio
