Learn the ins & outs of Sylenth1 man :)
The Modulation Envelopes can create this kinda sweep easily by using the pitch.

Could be wrong but putting an LFO on volume AB and the turning the gain all the way up and changing the speed should create that effect :)

Exactly what part are you referring to? There are 2 distinct things going on here. The first is a big chord stab from a supersaw and the BPM is then being automated to ramp up faster.

After this however, there seems to be some ring modulation (read: LFO on the volume) that is going faster and faster. Maybe scratch that BPM automation there's an easier way to do this.

In Cubase there's a bundled plugin called 'Chopper' which simply chops the audio as dictated by an internal and automatable LFO. U-he has one called Uhbik-T which is available as VST/AU and it does the same thing. You can also do it within the synth by slapping a square LFO on the volume. A ring modulator plugin will also work. I'm going to describe my method using Chopper cos thats the one I know best off the top of my head.

Here we go!

Make a chord of your choice with your favourite synth. Add reverb. Slap on the Chopper and set the wave shape to be a square. Set the LFO to 0.0Hz and 'mono'. Over the length of time you want the 'speed up' effect, automate the speed of the LFO. Eventually when the LFO goes fast enough you'll get a rising sound, thats from the ring modulation. Bonus points for also adding a 12 semi-tone pitch bend to your synth over 4-bars.

Good luck!
