How to make this FXish sound?

Hey guys.

I really need some sort of fx for my track and I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around making these sounds. I want a sound like this at about 0:06:



I'm guessing its some sort of LFO on a saw? But I can't really figure out how to make one properly :G

Hope that someone can help me out! :D

Id bet on a low saw pitching upwards w a heavy delay layered with the middlepart of the kick. Hope i could help :)

it's the tail from the kick without low frequencies and with square lfo on volume
