I don't reside in Brisbane either ;) I just learnt my lesson last year and I'm not going to put out a sub-quality track again :/

Ok so I'm old enough to go to defqon but I can't afford a ticket because I'm a poor cunt, so vote for my track if I make the top 10 so I can break my defqon virginity. Made this with a really shit computer and no producing hardware. , here's a preview.

I like it! Except for the kick.. Sound more like a hardcore kick to me.. :) (not that it is bad, it just doesn't fit imo)

very tru i am new to whole hardstyle concept , i stooped listening to hardstyle back in the days of dj gius, dark ocelators , the raiders, technoboy (warmachine) pavo ect, what i thought of it when herd it recently was hmm sounds like slow hardcore (which i used to like) so approached it from that angle but oh how i was wrong lol ,its much more than that, either way it was a lesson learnt lol

ExEs, FB video sucks so much ass, lagging on me like a MF...

Anthem sounds decent though, like you how you have taken a much different approach... Sounds a lot more gritty and distorted than most :D

Ah, scrap all that, you lost me at the dub part :(

Thoughts?

By far the best one I've heard so far. Solid mid-intro that reminds me of Toneshifterz for some reason (could just be the Aussie style though). The reverse bass is nice but the other kick sounds like it doesn't have much drive (it does sound good in the climax though). The transition from the mid-intro to the break sounds a little odd to me. It would have sounded better if you used the hardstyle kick with some reverb on the first beat of the break instead of the hall kick. Also, if you made the filter automation on the synths a little longer in the beginning, it would have sounded better so it doesn't sound like it automatically comes in. Other than that, it's a good track.

BTW, nice sound design ;)
