Taranta, nice kick!


I was away for a while, needed some rest.
So today i opened the project and tryin' my best

I got some feedback on my punch.
So, i but 2 more punch layers into kick :D So there's 4 layer punches plus one Crunchy punch

and...and forget that melody @ the start, i just tried improvising(cuz in really i cant make my melodys my own.)

But give some feedback, im lil bit unstatisfied with my bass, who thinks the same?

@alan1 i hear now there is power in your kick and the bass is good but there is just some unnecessary mids in it imo

i made an update on my kick

this is so far the best kick I have ever created!

@Mystral You should add some more bass, also the punch maybe needs a clicky sound to it.

But what's a "clicky" sound ??? I don't find any translation for the word "clicky".

I still cant understand why the four first kicks sounds powerful and then its like their dont have punch anymore but they have hahahaha :D

So i searched where comes the first 4 bars more power then anothers.
So here it is, bass layer, and i dont know how this came here
The first 4 bars is in: A3/45 and next goes G3 ...
i thinked that some attack knobe i was turned accidently in hydra but no. There is everything alright.

Or i need to tak A3 sample and pitch it(which i think it takes long time to pitch )

@Alan1 About your previous post -> Sounds like there is almost no punch. Try get the punch louder but make it fit nicely with the bass.
@Aliner Sounds great, and of course speed it up!
@Mystral In other words: layer your punch more but be carefull don't over-do it. Take examples from other punches you like a lot. Also add some bass. And maybe improve the distortion a bit more. Hope you understand me a bit

@Aliner: great, great kick imo, nice drive in it. I like that bass part that fades in the middle of the kick - not sure if u just crossfaded it or it came naturally (that's the kind of kick that I'd like to achieve btw )
@Taranta: also nice kick, kind of psyko punkz style
@Heineken: it sounds unfinished a bit (but already very good)
@overheat: I like it, just maybe a slight boost in high-end
@Skephyz: sounds pretty clean, but I would distort punch a little more
