[11/02/2012] Hard Bass (Gelredome, Arnhem) [NL]
Re: [11/02/2012] Hard Bass (Gelredome, Arnhem)
what do you guys have against tripping people!? they are usually the ones that party their ass off till 7am and the sober people are the ones that stand still after 5...
I think the sound was huge, though I'd been to louder parties (Qountdown e.g., standing right in front of the stage was painful), but the lower frequencies were so strong that even the yellow team brought some power imo
or I just wasn't to parties a long time now and I'm not used to this.
Overall the best festival I went after feestfabriek.
DQ is place 3 due to the weather back then.

Best example:twyce wrote:well of course there are sober people going wild...but you won't see any tripping people standing still.
One real tiny man walked by 5 times during frontliner live in a 30 seconds-period. He grinned at me like I was a little white bunny giving sweets.

One guy kissed everybody around him (happily for him he didn't try it with me), another was shuffling in an area with 20cm² space for every person. A third guy spoke 5 minutes to me on the dancefloor though I didn't understand/notice him. I had to went to another place to disposed him...twyce wrote:what do you guys have against tripping people!? they are usually the ones that party their ass off till 7am and the sober people are the ones that stand still after 5...
Edit: I am sober at every festival and I'm going nuts as hell if I love the track, more than all the dug user...
I don't need gay breaks and a big song with a buildup and lights and smoke...
Fuck all that!
Fuck all that!
okay that really sucks hahaha

I just dont understand it. Im not travelling around 600km and paying 120€ just to get there to stand still or do drugs and pass out.
I even dont care what track is beeing played. Too cheesy/ too raw. I dont care.
And im completely sober all the time aswell. I might be a bit drunk when i enter because we always drink quite some stuff during the travel and before the actual event.
I dont even buy inside, only water.
And i always dance to the last set. I remember @ Qlimax we partied till half of prophets set and then sat down because we we're completely wrecked.
I even got an cramp in the calf which lasted atleast 20 minutes. That was painful i can tell!

Team Yellow = Had some nice tracks! The Pitcher Live = Really, really good. The edit of I Just Can't Stop was insane.
Team Red = Best team for me, my expectations was surely overwhelmed! D-block and S-te-fan Live = AWESOME set, with really good edits!
Team Green = Some nice tracks, although you kinda knew the tracklist even before they played. Frontliner Live = Soooo much energy, really liked it.
Team Blue = Insane... just insane. A2 Live = Highpoint of the night. Tonight Remix followed by Fuck The Fake Shit Remix was just incredible, shit REALLY overwhelmed me there! Also, the outro of attention is fucking sick.
Really good night overall! My 1st event.

well finally im back after a long trip
.we went future shock on friday and hardbass and im completely wrecked still
hardbass was awesome tbh.team blue was just insane bomb after bomb couldn't stop dancing
red was amazing
green was predictable i still enjoyed a few zatox and hhz tracks like winter, headshot or reverze anthem
yellow was ok as expected. the end was really good
and for the live acts they were all good but a give a special mention to the pitcher and dbstf....WOW
they really worked on it
A2 track selection was really good but no edits or anything still amazing.
we sat down in the middle of team green until beginning of frontilner ,who did an enjoyable liveact
negative
-i cant believe they played tracks like atrocious, complex situation, just as easy back to basics or pull your strings...i almost cried
-it was funny when they played some crypsis track and then after they dropped nustyle crap by coone the kick difference is so huge
-lasers where a bit weak to me and they didnt match with the tracks (cant really explain but i hope u understand what i mean
)
-too many people standing during team blue set
-too crowded but there was space during team blue so im happy with that
still it was epic thought it was going to be a lot cheesier with this line up
