Gunz for Hire screech ?

Post by Bluemind »

Hey all,
How GUnz for Hire (Aka Ran-D & Adaro) proceed their screech?
I tried to distord a detuned saw, then boost some frequencies, but result is always crappy.
Here some songs of Gunz for Hire:

Hope that someone can help. :D

You can add some chorus too imo, with distortion/filters, put a "square" synth too in your mixers, it's really difficult i think too make this screech

You have to add a pitch to the modulation env. to really get that screeechy sound

try playing around with the pitch lfo, it cant be a pitch mod because the screech actually follows note and isn't really.. a screech.. a screech is pretty much noteless.

Would you be interested in something like this? I made this awhile ago. It's Feel My Fire, but it seems to be similar to what you want.
