It's there release policy :p
Spoiler
Why four months of exclusive?
Many of you asked us why the release date is 4 months after the release of the preview on YouTube.
We try to give you some answers.

At the end nothing has really changed from the past, when, once tracks were finished, our DJs used to play them at parties, long before the official release date of the record.
Often, in the past, the time between the completion of one of the tracks and the full record was really long. Many times it happened that un-authorized, lo-quality recordings of DJ sets containing unreleased tracks were put on the web illegally and, most of all, against artists’ will.

So what’s up now?
Now we publish the full ep straight away, once it’s finished.
What does it means? Yes, you cannot buy it, own it and play it (just as in the past), but now you can listen to it in good quality on our YouTube channel, in our biweekly Hardcore Italia podcast (free!) and of course during the DJ sets of our artists, whom begin to play these new tracks only after the preview is released on YouTube.

How many times you’ve heard a track you couldn’t find over the next several months?
Now you will always find it on our YouTube channel. In good quality. And if it’s not enough you also get the mixed podcasts.

Who’s suffering this? The non-producers DJs. This is a clear choice of ours, as we want to push new talents into producing music, we want new tracks and new sounds to be created. We don’t want to encourage DJs who only play somebody else’s music anymore.

Sincerely
The Traxtorm crew
