Well, it's possible, Just save all your userbars on your pc, copy past them into one pic, upload that one and paste it at your signature

Sure it's possible, but max 4-5 userbars sounds fine to me. Max height for each image is 50px btw.
I don't like some forums where you basically have to press "page down" to get past someones signature. (And then all they write is a smiley, "x2" or whatever haha)

Yeah I think the restrictions are very good, keeps it clean.
