Follow this topic to see any changes taking place to the forum. As it is now fully up to date with the latest core files it's time to improve it even further

Changelog 26-11-2022:

• Implemented @mention system that will notify you when someone mentions you
• Implemented Push Notifications system working on most devices (no iOS due toe limitations Apple)

Changelog 23-11-2022:

• Upgrade to phpBB 3.3.8 (latest version)
• New hosting with updated PHP software (old server PHP version is EOL)
• New responsive theme working on all devices
• New embedding through [media] which automatically turns a link into embedded media even without using the bbcode. The old [embed] still (partly) works, but please refrain from using it any longer as it will be deactivated in like 6 months
• Different flag system

What was saved from the old forum:

• Event attending (profile view still has to be made)
• New & popular topics

What was lost from the old forum:

• The SEO URLs, the old URLs still work however the plugin that provided this does not. An updated beta version is available and will be tested soon.
• Hiding genre-specific forums, not sure if it will return

What’s next:

• Bug fixing, if you find any bugs or have any unpleasant experiences with the new layout let us know here
• Advertisements will be implemented but in a nonintrusive way to try to cover the costs of hosting.
