I'm starting a new series, called "Obscure Lights", where I'm trying to take you to different types of music shrinked in one hour (yet I think it will be a hardstyle-centered concept). Hopefully I'll be able to bring you some diversity and will catch some listeners :)

Okay, it's been a long time I've done any longer mixes. Time to break the "silence"! New episode of my own mix session with a special one this time: selection of Therabyte releases. Not all my favorites, just some because I want to keep the ~1 hour format, also to make sure more and more artists are included (if I really want to pick all of them, it can be easily a Geck-e + Tiifa tribute lol).

I'm unable to make mixes too often due to the lack of free time lately but now I got some. So this time I filled more than an hour up with (well, almost only) hardstyle tracks from the so-called "classic hardstyle" era, but focusing on only the 2006-2009 period. Tried to avoid the main classics because there are countless mixes of that all around the internet :P

It's been on my mind for a long time to arrange a following mix like this but barely got the time. Sooo there it is! A mix out of tracks released at hardstyle/hardtrance labels from 2002 to 2005. I should say it's an early hardstyle/hardtrance mix but it has lots of techno influences.

So, this is also a kind of mix that's been on my mind but for like... years. My first hardcore-ish mix attempt. Some industrial hardcore, some schranz, some techno and a little bit of doomcore, mixture of older and new stuff. No need to follow the genres here because it's not that important after all ;) Hope some of you find episode #5 worthy of listening.
