My question is: What parameters put for the export of a sample and track for maximum quality?

A few days ago I saw a photo on Shockerz FB the export of its latest track.

what I do is exporting samples to WAV format in 24 or 32 bit depth, have slice marker selected, and 512 point sync.

512 point sync mp3 320 kbps for rendering a complete track

I couldn't tell you what I do for exporting samples cause I'm not home right now but I think the guy above me has the right idea.

Honesty, it really, really isn't difficult to look things up:

That explains everything, from a simple Google search, rather than a pointless thread.
