To everyone who can't DL, I made an alternative mirror to my dedicated server.
Took ridiculous amount of tries to DL it myself, uploaded since Teiio asked but seems like he has downloaded it already successfully.

Edit: I can't seem to be able to activate the VST. It just crashes when I open it up in FL, right now I got this authorization window stuck in the center of my screen and even closing the process takes forever.

took a few tries and minutes for the site to load for me so I could get the key, but the authorization went fine.
edit: or do you mean that it's stuck before you start the activation? dunno then
free ... but needs an avtivation key.. WTF?!
