Sounddesign question. Vocal & LFO

Post by Shiver »

Does somebody know how to put an vocal into an lfo or just how to put a sample into an lfo?
Example is Hard driver - On fire 0:48 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1upfroGqVK4

It's prolly something simple but i cant figure it out somehow.. :?

Thanks in advance

Depends what you're working with. For FL, Fruity Granulizer can do this :)

Or a sampler like Kontakt would do the same thing :)

The problem is if i put an lfo on my sample it fades away after 4 seconds because my sample is 4 seconds, i try'ed timestretch but still it fades away after like 8 seconds..
I use kontakt btw.

Dont use the whole Sample to do this, load the sample in Kontakt and loop one of the sentence in your vocal. Like a never ending aaaaahhhh or ooohh etc. and then use the lfo to pitch it or a automated filter with the lfo can do it also.

I did that but it isn't really the sound what i'm looking for i think its just more a word and then it loops faster and faster like you see here at 1:41 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8AKUh3bN ... re=related I dont think heady is using a lfo at that video he's more looping it faster and faster does anybody know how to do that in logic ?

Thanks

Cut a word of the vocal and put it on a track then automate the track speed to be faster and faster.. and done ;)
