I think the only EZ that had Hardstyle was the first edition in 2009 when they had Showtek and a few other Goodgreef artists, sicne they had their own tent. Now, it's nothing but House music, with people complaining that one of the Sunday tents lack Techno anymore.

**EDIT**
I'm on the fence. If I have enough funds, I might go to this. I'd just have to find out if a hotel is cheaper than taking the train to there and back. The price doesn't seem too bad for a 3-day fest, including transportation to there from the mainland :) any other US Harderstate members going?

I would go but Im saving to go to Decibel and take a vacation in August. As of right now Electric Zoo 2011 was the best thing Ive ever been to. I think it was the first year it was really huge and they had floors in all of the tents and they did things right due to feedback from previous years. I think 2012 will be bigger and better, they are actually taking requests on who people want to see in the lineup. I spent a shitload of money (around 1300$ including ticket haha mostly on beer and champagne) but it was all worth it. You are picking a good year to go Electric Zoo is on the rise big time.

Hopefully they put some hard dance in there. Idk if its big enough on the east coast yet though.

There is a reason its called the Zoo and this video is part of the reason HAHAHAHA fuckin good times

No but heres a good video

Hahaha I know who to beat with a rake if I go :+ I'm on the fence of going, though. Hopefully the lineup is introduced before general tickets sellout. I'd still have to get a summer job to raise money, and find a place to stay or get someone to drive me, $30 a day for the train, plus more for food and the taxi will severely add up... Oh well, I hope to go!

Also I voted at least 3 times for mostly Hard Dance DJs lol

This would be such a sick event to go to! I've only heard good things about this event, and how it's the best EDM throughout all of America.

I'm hoping for a good tracklist this year. I'd be really happy if they at least added Sean Tyas and/or Simon Patterson to the line up again or if they threw in a couple (good) hardstyle/hard dance acts. :)

First part of the lineup was released
http://www.madeevent.com/ElectricZoo/

A looooot more will be added. I am sure some hardstyle will be present at this year's festival if I had to guess because I can imagine EZOO will have to compete with EDC (east coast)

Here'ss 2 more videos from last years awesomeness!! I suggest anyone that can go GO!

Fuckin best weekend of my life. Afterparties in NYC and just raging so hard haha

Too young for afterparties and I doubt I can go because transportation from here to NYC is $30 a day, not to mention that if I go by bus from NYC, which would be my best bet, it means arriving in Harlem at past 11PM. I refuse to be on Harlem at that hour.
