I felt it could be called early seeing as it's now 14 years ago. People can have their own definition of "early" I guess.

it's one of the only things fans have been able to agree on :p

1998 (or a bit later depending on where you draw the hard trance/style line) - 2006 = early

Early hardstyle is rather a type of sound then a hardstyle from a certain period :) You got to agree there is quite a huge difference between that Showtek remix and this.

Speaking of which, a 'Classic/nu appreciation thread' wouldnt be a bad idea! :)

Yes, but that track on its own is very different to this one again. It's just easier to define early as the hardstyle from 2000 to 2006-something as after that the new kids took over (Headhunterz, DBSTF etc.)

I'm wondering if Heady & Wildstylez will throw all their P1 tracks from 2018/2019 in the garbage can and produce a completely new album? I see the chance of first gigs in the late summer.

How come you feel they will throw those tracks away?

Oldschool hardstyle mixed with techno and people seem to enjoy it :fist:

(although I think the girl as an MC is a bit too much here)
