so the weather forecast is on a low point, now it can just get better

I guess these last two weeks in june are nearly always rainy in the netherlands.

Escape kinda sucks and is overpriced to be honest. Look into Sugarfactory, Melkweg, or Paradiso in Leidesplien. You can find decent bars with cheap drink around that area like De Balie etc.
