The very last note of the first 4 bars is definitely off (the one thats pitchbended). I like the rhythm and the feel of the melody, but the melody itself doesnt seem to be that logical to me. This may be because its pretty complicated and you're hitting 7th or 9th notes in a fast fashion, which is a bit too much (not chcked it, I just guessed it). Try to maintain the feel of it, with either less notes (so rhythmically), mostly 1st, 3rd or 5th notes (only notes that are in the general key) or especially with repeated notes. It will all make the melody easier. Sometimes less is more.
Kick has a really low amount of subbass, and like youve mentioned, it all doesnt sound mixed down.
If you got an easier melody in your track, you can put more focus on different things.
@nerz
The midintro kick is out of key unfortunately. Thats the reason it doesnt seem to fit in there. Also I miss more effects or cymbals in the midintro, like subjective already said it sounds a bit empty. Midintro hardsound sounds amazing though.
Melody has a really complicated pattern. At first your ear cant really follow the flow that well, but in the maindrop you get used to the rhythm. I'd spend 8 bars more for building up the melody so the ear has more time to understand what it hears. (Just quick thoughts here, maybe the break would be too long then but I dont actually think so).
The Kick has a nice character but is way too much in the background, which is a mixdown issue. Everything else pretty much sounds levelled out, only the mainpart kickdrum is too quiet.
Synth seems to be a bit thin, I'd just use more layer for the synth to be like upfront.
And stylewise, I'd put the volume of the "cheese synth" down in the second maindrop, that synth which is playing long notes above the mainlead. Just a tiny bit. I usually do that for that kind of synth to be subtle. You still want the mainlead to be very present but just wanna add a little detail with that second lead for the seond part not being too repetitive.
Didnt mean to rip your track apart here, its not that bad as my feedback may sound. You got nice ideas and a good idea of how a hardstyle track should sound like. Its mostly detailed work which lies in front of you.
