I have a question. Why is it necessary to post every release on the forum? I saw Convicted posting like 50 releases topics in a row without anyone responding. I mean, in a forum topics or music should be posted when someone is interested in talking about it.

Umm yeah, I'm sorry... I was trying to update my releases topic monthly but I had lots of things to do this year, so I was late with it and you're (and I also do) facing the consequences But I mostly post releases from labels/artists that are quite known and not that horrible quality-wise. I promise I'll keep my eyes on that next year.

Actually your last sentence is quite vague for me as tastes differ, so I cannot be sure you'll like the same stuff as I do (not saying that's the case with the releases I post).

Edit: this was an idea for collecting the album releases to decrease the amount topics to be opened but I only have one example yet.

Well, If you didn't make a topic for those releases, they wouldn't be here. So no one was interested and you just posted it to fullfill the database ;-)

I for one appreciate it. If you don't mind doing it carry on.

But perhaps an easier way is to create a Harderstate youtube channel and the end of each month make a playlist of all releases that month for each label for example

There is something that bugs me about rawstyle lately and it's the fact that almost every single release was produced way too loud. I noticed that while listening to Warface latest album and some tracks by Regain. At the same time the bass is sometimes really weak. Looks like they want to compensate this issue by cranking up the volume. I mean now the tracks are at ≈105db, while ≈98 used to be the norm when CDs were a thing and a couple of years ago. Before that it was even lower. ( I remember the Beatles albums being at ≈80db)

Looks like hardstyle is still not done with the loudness war
