@nrx - The melody is okay, not bad at all, only if you could change the note placement at the second climax (my personal preference, stuttering notes or one note longer etc.) would be nice. All the way, good job.

@Krystaal - Pretty nice, good influences from Wasted Penguinz style if i'm not mistaken. Would be nice if the first snippet is in traditional 150 bpm but that's is fine too!

@Neko - The track is pretty nice rough, the break is okay though i could accept it, hehe. the kick could give me a heart attack in a good way. the screech dosent strike to much fear in me but it sounds okay overall. I think the track is okay to be released. Good work!

i have some little idea about some kick & bass action with some reverse bass, and I have new track. Enjoy!

@Dhamiri: Awesome track that feel the inspiration. It could do with some sort of vocals, could be amazing. The low end is kinda low, but you will probably fix that when its done. I do like the energy in the whole thing.


Ive been working on this since january, Im still trying to clean up the vocals, but its hard since the background is exactly the same volume in some places as the vocals are.

@NRx Really love that kick and screech. The kick sounds pretty "open", what i like.
Melody sounds also nice. Maybe you could do some more movement in it?
The mixdown sounds really professional to me. Wish i could reach that kind of "in your face sound"

@soulofsound: Thank you, Im just not that good tho , Joking aside, in your track for example, you need to phatten the leads, you can do this by layering a few more synths and using some minor detune and panning to get that full sounding blast. Other than that sounds really good in my ears, keep it up!

@SoulofSound - love your buildup man. Your kick is proper (you could improve the toks though), and I agree with NRx, you could phatten those leads up a bit, but other than that the song is quite amazing!

- Have at it, first finished song that I publish xd. It's called médium rare because I used a raw kick with na euphoric qlimax, and don't ask me about the quality of the vídeo because I don't know why vegas rendered it this way, the sound is good though

i Like the screeches and the way you pitch your kicks in those kikckrolls also the build-up in the middle of your preview sounds great, however i do think your total mix down sounds a bit muddy overall.

Love that sound design, overall sounds pretty decent! the lead sounds a bit pushed away but i really like the melody, work on your mix down I think you used maybe a bit to much reverb.

Feel the inspiration: Love your sound design man, well done! I really enjoy the melodie and the build-up is great, the only thing I notice is that your missing a lot of low frequencies in your kick.

I like the overall sound of it, the melodie gives a nice euphoric feeling, overall i think it sounds great!

overall it sounds too repetitive, I don’t really like the mid-intro, there is to much going on, overall you need to work a lot on your eq-ing and sound design. Needs a lot of work.

Holy shit the 3rd preview has an insane kick o.O
I would try to give the punch a tiny boost in the high frequencies to give it a even more "in your face"-ish feeling.
Also good job on those screeches! I like it a lot.

@Perceptor: All of them sound pretty nice, as Bassinstinct1 said, the kick in the 3rd is insanely good, I do miss some punch in it tho, try to bring out the tok even more. Other than that, with the right mixdown and mastering, all of them are really good.

@Bassinstinct1: I do like the kick and the breaks, work on fattening up the leads to bring out the highs. You are on to a great start.

Epic: Break and build-up takes too long for my taste, well on the other hand I'd change up the break a bit cause you got around 36 seconds the same going on. More variation in there and you're fine. That kick is monstrous! Did you work with a phaser on the punch or something similar? Sounds lovely.
The melody could use some variation too, cause the whole track you got only those stabs, which are fine and well made, dont get me wrong. Wouldnt hurt though, trying different patterns, tones or anything you know? High level production! Kick is something I've tried so often to recreate
WIP TBA: Lovely track. melody is really beautiful with those rhythmic accents. Missing a bit of sound fx or sound design in general, kick combos wouldnt hurt either in the climax. Don't really hear a big difference in first and second climax which I'd recommend to consider at least. ALso high level production, mixdown on both seem really good as far as soundcloud allows to judge, although I'd work a bit on the kick to stand out just a tiny bit more but I'm no expert regarding melodic hardstyle. Great job again man!

Yeah, NRx said already that the leads are bit too thin. The melody isn't my cup of tea to be honest cause it lacks a bit variation and logic in the course. Different notes or additional notes could give it more life. I also would definitely add percussions like rides and crashes. Kick sounds really good though. Main focus for you should be your leads. I know its a long road for getting leads like you want them. Nice job so far

1: Vocals and lead sound really dry, nice kick and mixdown though.
2: Same goes for this one, sounds really clean but too dry.
3: Now that one is not too dry. Kick definitely needs work on the punch, tail sounds really good. Nice screech you got there too.

5: lol doesnt sound so bad actualy fits quite good weirdly enough.
Too bad those previews are so short, so I cant judge about build up, structure and stuff. Even if my feedback is limited in this way I hope I could help.

I actually just tweaked a free kick, cant remember where I dl'd it from. Basically I took the tok, put on som eq, small reverb, took the tail which I had paralell compressed to bring out the lower end more and with a slight distoriton.
