@jpnfsmw, link is not working
@Snoopp:
Nice intro buildup, and great kick.
In the intro the screech could be a bit more present in the mix, also it is a bit of a standard screech (which is fine).
I like hte atmosphere in the break, the pads work really good with the piano.
The melody suits the track, but maybe is a bit random and it is a lot more present in the mix than the kick is, but that may be intended.
The climax could be longer, especially since you have such a long break building up to it.

A quick demo/lead tryout I did:

@ The Hown
The first part is quite nice actually, but the second drop lacks a proper build up and the kick needs more work since it sounds like just "boing boing" you know? :D I dont dig the melody in the second drop that much, sounds a bit random. Also, your track lacks effects and percs. The lead on the other hand sounds technically well done, maybe a bit overcompressed but this could be because of zippyshare. Also, I would boost some treble frequencies in your lead. Hope i could help

@Snoopp
first of all, I would drop the midintro 4 beats eralier, I know that you wanted it like this but I find it confusing that the midintro comes in 4 beats late. The midintro sounds solid, but could be longer or maybe add a second one.
Since I know and love the original, I find your melody not really fitting I must say and like The Hown said, a bit random too. Also you hit a wrong note with your kick at 3:07.
In the break you've managed to capture the atmosphere of the original quite nicely, thats where your track is great I feel. So no bad job at all, but in my opinion not finished yet.

@Dj Matikk
That atmo, man, so damn awesome. But you gotta need to work on the vocals though, they get completely drowned. the kick pitching at 2:26-2:38 confused me a bit, sounds a bit out of place. Maybe try to lower the octave on your mainlead like Snoopp said, although the lead sounds really nice, it wouldnt hurt to try to calm your lead down a bit. Everything else on your track is just awesome! Great job man!

@maneki neko thanks for the feedback. I did the kick pitch intentionally at that part and I think for people who listen to it the first time it may sound weird but its just the inverse of the original one. I personally found a cool effect from it but ye there are not many track with that kind of arrangement. The lower octave doesnt work. Sounds powerless and dull and ye the vocals, I've spent tons of hours on them and still cant get them to sound good because it was a recorded speech and some places were louder than others and also the 'S' sound was difficult to remove, even with a compressor. I tried my best but you can't make it any better with that quality that I had them initially.

Your track sounds heavy and I prefer this one. I think at at like 3min when the drop comes, the main screech and then the other lead are a bit drowned by the kick. Other than that awesome work.

@Maneki Neko
Sick track you´ve got here! The melody you used in the breaks remind me of some other one I can´t remember (which is a good thing :P I like that one ;) ). Apart from that I really dig the reversed bassline with the screech pattern in the intro. The dong kick sounds pretty good but it´s just not 100% my taste. Awesome track in total :) I like your style! Geiler Scheiß ;D _O_

@The Hown
The track overall sounds pretty clean! The mixdown is pretty solid from what I can hear (but I am by far not a pro) and the track got a cool vibe overall. But you really have to work on your kicks mate... I miss a proper punch and for me it sounds like you just used a single layer.
The lead design is really thin eather so make more layers with them as well to make them sound bigger (if you know waht I mean :) ). And also like Maneki Neko said before there is a looooot of room to fill with effects! But keep it coming! It´s not that bad! :)

Okay I have two projects I am working on atm:

This one is an idea for a track I got this morning. I quickly worked it out a bit. I still needs some vatiations in the melody but apart from that what are you thinking? Should I stick with it?

this was actually a old project I was working on about a year ago. I am a huge phantom of the opera fan so I couldn´t resist :D I took the old project and completely reworked almost everything. What do you think?

@daniro29 I really like how the atmosphere starts in the first one, you could make the buildup a little more teasing by adding some uplifters. I like the melody and the leads, maybe bring out the kick a little more and give the tail more of a character. Than that second climax I really I like the sounds, nothing to add on to there.

The second needs a little more work imo, I like the orchesta part, that stands really strong already, than that second climax also has nice sounds, only again the kick still needs some work.

This is just an intro and the buildup to the mid-intro, and than the buildup to the climax with the climax. I still have to connect them and make an actuall mid-intro but I'll get there.

@Maneki Neko Great track you have there, I like the fact that there is a reverse bass in some rawer track! :) Your screech has a great sound, but comparing to the kick, it is something too loud. The first harder kick doesn't have enough bass in my opinion. The second kick is really great. I really love the idea. Leads could use some more highs. Keep doing what you are doing, it sounds really good.

@daniro29 track 1. In the first part there is way too much bass in all the sounds. The kick is way too empty. It needs a lot more distortion and bass. I really like the second part of the track with the trancy like sound :)
track 2. I really love the orchestrial part, it sounds really spooky. The kick is much better as the in track 1, but it could improve some more. Lead sounds good too. maybe you should do something more with that. The transition could be more fluency I think, but I really like the experimenting ideas :) A really own sound.

@Antergy I really like the build up. Melody is something to random to me and the mixdown is not really good. You should have way more highs into your sounds, but the kick is good, not perfect, but it goes the right way. Lead is nice, but it is really empty. You should layer it more!! I also advice you to go to your master and just increase the highs a little. Your track will have a whole new dimension and it will sound twice as good!!

I have made something more old school. I hope you like the track :)

@Synthese
Nice track, maybe add more punch to the intro kick and maybe EQ it more to give it more of a thump, maybe some boosts in the low mids. The lead sound also seems to lack any body with the highs overwhelming in the mix. Great work!

@Dj Matikk
I got a very "Frontliner" feel from this track, which is a good thing as Frontliner is up there with my favourite! Great lead. I think the kick goes out of tune on some notes. I really like the melody although I think it would sound much better with the "gaps" filled in.

@daniro29
I like the mid intro on your "phantom of the opera rework", the kick sounds great although it could do with some more bass. The lead needs some the harsh upper frequencies EQed out.

Here's a preview of my latest track guys, It will be available for free download at my page when I reach 100 likes! Just 10 more to go!

@deegzfcfc - that kick i like a lot, but disapoints a bit when pitches high, melody gives me some Cyber's, Sylence Atmozfears euphoric feel, vocal i like too. the mixdown hoped will be better in the final product. Good Job anyways. A bit summer feeling track for me overall :D

So, here's a small preview of my new track. still in progress. :D Hope you guy enjoy.
