Probably not, but I did layer 3 synths, 2 Sylenth1's and 1 Massive. Still haven't stereo widened anything or compressed anything. Not sure if that will have much effect to achieve the powerful sound.

Here, this is a remake I did, I know it's not exact, but if you think it's close enough, here's a sylenth preset(it's only 1 layer).
So, first is the original, then my remake:

After that I added an eq(I boosted some highs and cut a fair bit of the lows and low-mids), added a stereo widener, then some delay and reverb. If you wanna get as close as possible, have a frequency analyser on the original lead and see where yours is lacking, you have to try get yours looking as close to the original as you can(and of course sounding as close, the spectrum analyser will just help you a bit).
