Re: Unpopular opinions
Do you wanna hear a real unpopular one?!
Phuture Noize is too goddamn overrated, and all that hype...it's just fucking annoying.
There you fucking go, I just opened Pandora's box.

The DJ spins a galaxy of black vinyl, for the gods that came to dance!

Not here tho, we all know its a matter of taste, but go to reddit, tell them the same and there no one seems to know people has different opinionsmrcax5 wrote:Do you wanna hear a real unpopular one?!

The greater the LIGHT, the bigger the SHADOW
I agree, good for him but he's pretty darn overrated.
Only way I can describe it as "hipster" and the hype is even a bit elitist.
Especially after 2-3 albums with similar sound design and focus on melancholic melodies and vocals.
it's like Nirvana: melancholic, considered hipster but god it's not that good if you don't like it.
Another unpopular:
Phuture Noize was miles better in 2011-2015.

To tag along with this, I always felt that ever since Phuture Noize started getting the hype around him, his songs were a bit muddy. I never understood everyone saying "the sound design is amazing" because I was just like "but it sounds really muddy". There's a few songs I like from him like "The Temple", but for the most part not that much.

2015-2017 was the peak time for Raw before all of this smoothbrained GPF Sefa 1/3 of the track being a different kick every 1.5 seconds horse shit came about.

All my friends are over the moon with PN, but I honestly don't get it. Besides his tracks being muddy, his leads always sounded super thin to me. At least on his Pursuit of Thunder album, I haven't really bothered listening to his new stuff ever since. I'm happy for the guy, but his music isn't just as high up for me.
