I'm not aware of any recent changes that has been made to the site, specially the login.
Tried to clear cookies and empty the cache? Installed a extension recently that maybe is acting up?

Could we stop allowing people to change Usernames? or at least have a feature so we can see what people used to be called? It gets soo damn confusing sometimes...

How 'bout the change-name feature is enabled in everyone's settings, but limited to only one change every 3-4 months?

I'm not sure that allowing people to change usernames themselves is a good idea.
Having some sort of history over the username changes would be good though.

Good idea, maybe a little + symbol next to each name that expands to any other alias they were known as?
