Why waste your big talent on others. You should focus on yourself if you ask me. Fuck ghosting. Music is art, at least most of it.
Ye by now u got the joke but yeah. I'm also ghosting some unknown guys, one guy in another genre. It's one of the only ways you can actually earn something by making music these days
Personally, i don’t respect that. But then again, who gives a f about my opinion. Your production skills are insane and you want to make money off this, so i can at least try to understand, even if i hate it. Keep it up with the great producing for Memorize!
I think we all know the answer.. Explosions!

Thanks bro, I appreciate it! Yeah, I used to dislike it, especially since I like to get the credit for my work. It's mostly tracks in styles which don't fit to 'Memorize' anyways, so I'm not too mad about those lol

I personally don't dislike ghost producers, I dislike the ghost acts that act like they made the track though. :p

It's understandable not every producer is that keen in DJ'ing & standing in front of big crowds and travel a lot. I think personally if I was a producer there's a huge chance that wouldn't be in my interests either (I don't like travelling, I've got stage fright and a bit anxiety when being in places with lots of people so I would be kinda a recipé for becoming a ghost producer haha).

I wish it was a standard principle to reveal the producer behind all tracks, doesn't have to be shouted all over the rooftops, just one fairly hidden place to look for people who are interested in knowing which person produced it.

Ghost producers are necessary to a large extent to give the sense that a lot of people are creating music in that particular scene and not just a small few who are moulding the sound. If you look at other genres from a few years back many tracks are by people you never see on a stage, they have multiple aliases in individual genres alone so this is nothing new or shocking. As mentioned by Doctor Dave few posts back the UK hardhouse scene is a good example and nowadays is no different
