Ok. Bit gutting but didn't really expect many, if any harder trance.

Glad you enjoy what you do though. I'll stick to the 1000 year old tracks you made in the past. New doesn't mean better... ;)

In the end it's all about personal taste which I respect. I really made over 100s of hardtrance-edged tracks in the past which can easily fill over 400 hours of listening without repeating 1 track

From what I've listened to the previews, the melodies are not even trying to be fresh. Some atmospheres are so overused, who wants basic instrumental formations with no abuse of effects in styles with heavy electronic usage ?!

But maybe there will be awesome tracks next, so I'll wait.

I'm not trying to be technical or show off with difficult sound design. I am actually just focusing on the musical aspect. If you look at rockbands, they use a guitar because it works and gives feeling. So thats why I decided to use a lot of organic instruments too like violins and piano's. Those instruments can really give me goosebumps and thats what its all about for me :)

These instruments are so overused in electronic music in lame ways ...
It's not showing off to use complex (or simpler) chain of effects correctly to make new sounds with basic stuff, you do the same thing for kicks so why not other type of sounds ?

You're not talking about simple or complex, you are talking about things being "your taste", and when they are not, you complain. I could argue just as well that acid (303s) are overused, or supersaws, or even KICKS, "ever hardstyle track has kicks, they are overused, why don't you make one without one" which would be equally ridicoulous.

If you want glitchy stuff or whatnot, you can check out Noisecontrollers/Audiofreq/Geck-o etc. but you can't tell an artist to be more "your taste", and disguise it by saying " not (my taste) is overused and lame."

Your argument is shit.

I like the atmospheres in these tracks.. It's quite high standard, however the kicks are not my taste ofc. Maybe i will get used to it after a few more listens.
But would prefer these type of tracks with kicks from 06-09, almost like hardkick.10 then that would be perfect.
