That just sounds like a time stretched reverse kick :+

Does anyone know how the screech at 22 seconds is made?

detuned saw with pitch envelope -> low attack /pitch down
so that it's pitched down for a very short time at the beginning of each note.

Im wondering how Headhunterz did the Vocal-effectish thing starting around 1:20

Did he just take the same vocals again, pitched them down and then distorted them until they sounded fine?

Sounds like vocoder, with nice sound carrier(maybe a saw) + normal(autotuned for sure) vocals on the top

The sound in the beginning of the track (0:01 and 0:52), sounds like a train horn , hows that made?

like at 1.59
how can u get something similar. ?
Filter Modulation ok
Pitch Modulation ok
Supersaw with PW ok
Detune ok
i know the basics but i still fail (6)

if someone could tell how i can create something like that would be awesome.
Would be even better if someone could tell me how to make this with the virus ti xD
and how to get this Pitch and filter modulation like there.

Edit:
Found This in a Dubstep Forum with an Awesome Result what i was looking for :

Well yeah there is a supersaw involved ha! We use 3 layers when we do it.

1: A really thick modulated bass, with lots of highs in it.
2: The supersaw (Im sure you already know about making supersaw's)
3: Topline Synth: 9 times out of 10 we will just grab a nice sounding preset out of Nexus for this.

Now the thick bass will of course just be one note (the root note).
Then with the supersaw just draw up the chords accordingly to the root note,
like mentioned copy over certain notes to above octaves (experiment to see which is best).
Then with the topline we usually grab the middle note in the chord,
for example if it were a C chord we would take either D# or E depending on whether the song was in major or minor,
and use that note on top of the whole sound. Then just seperate the 3 sounds with EQ and Stereo Widening. Hope this helped

Imagine building a guitar and then tuning it and then playing it. That's what electronic music is.
