I guess it's only luck that determines if you get a code or not. Can see some germans complaining they haven't gotten one, but I don't think it necessarily means that they have excluded a whole country from the pre-sale.

Call it a lottery then, not "first come first served" ... spent the whole day at home just to find out I won't get a code

never. last year was sold out in under 1 hour (project one teaser i guess)
2015 u had the chance to get tickets even at 5. PM...

anyway i got also the e-mail with NO Code.
