I don't know to be honest. I was told to not turn it on again as it could cause severe damage... To be fair, it wasn't a huge amount of beer, but still. I'm also too afraid to tear it down and look by myself, therefore I contacted a repair service. Still waiting for the response. What kind of DJ controller do you own? I for myself have got a DDJ 400. :)

XDJ-RX2 here. I'd just wait with turning it on till the repair service takes a look at it, better not take any risks just to be sure. Obviously depends on where the beer entered the device. Good luck man and let me know soon.
