After 8 hours my body has almost returned to normal.

Man those panic attacks from caffeine are truly frightening :(
dayum I am not alone... I had that too one day.. after a night of drinking alcohol, in the morning I drank about 1l of coffee and it was the worst 6 hours of my life after that. I was about to vomit the whole time but couldn't. I also couldn't felt my face and my arms. Extremly weird experience... I thought I'm gonna die.. actually I wished that too sometimes during this because it was so awful.

Yeah but back to the present... I fucked up all my exams the last semester.. trying to do it better this semester..
No you are not alone

I have been dealing with anxiety after my first panic attack apprx 2 years ago.(Also caffeine releated)

I got my first panic attack at work (i worked as a grocery clerk) , and suddenly i felt like i was gonna pass out. I had to lay down on the floor and people commented that i looked pale. It got so bad that i went to the hospital but i had to find out myself that i had gotten a panic attack.

Been scared of those attacks ever since (a vicious cycle ) :(
damn caffeine can do some weird shit to the body

Woke up @ 2:00 AM with extreme chest pain, breathing hurted, jaw pain, headache. Was also shaking. Normally I'm sober about pains and things and don't go to the doctor for a lot of things. This time felt different, I feared for a heart attack or something because the pain was super intense and I was slowly becoming dizzy aswell. Called hospital, they reacted as if the symptoms were really serious but they connected the call to the doctor in my own town. He said it sounded bad but I'm 23 and too young for heart or lung problems (sounds skeptical to me, it's not like it's impossible at my age, it happens aswell, just way less than old people), he said if I really had a heart attack, I would be sweating and would be unable to phonecall so 'relaxed' with him because I wouldn't have enough oxygen to talk at all. He told me to use some painkillers and now I skipped work and sitting at home almost high of a lot of painkillers. It seems to feel a little bit better aswell, but I was panicked as fuck tonight. Already was thinking of the people close to me if I would be dead :+ now let's hope it was just nothing.

Hmm sounds really strange.
I have had many of those where i am sleeping...and suddely i wake up and gasp for air and my heart is pounding (like i am forgetting to breath or something)

Were you drinking at the time? Or had a shift in diet or something?
Could maybe be releated to that.

The first few days of dieting i felt a really strange sting in my lungs/chest when i tried to sleep.
I have some really strange symptoms sometimes :+

Feel better man

I didn't drink, I have a different diet but that's been like this a long time (august 2017) i lost 30 kg since then. I just find it strange a hospital actually wants me to come over at night for a checkup but the town doc says you're 23, can't be your heart. Its not a golden rule that only elderly people get heart attacks or lung problems. I feel better now but only when sitting or standing up cuz when I lay down my chest still hurts.

Thanks man :D

How do you sleep? Do you sleep on your back only? I've had these attacks when I was ten years younger as well, but mostly only when I've been drinking and sleeping on my back.

Mostly on my back I think, but I usually crawl around a lot and change positions a lot of times in my sleep (stressed sleeper I guess), I almost never wake up in the position I went asleep in. I also wake up in really weird positions a lot of times. 1 leg under the other and 1 arm under my back and my head to the side, for example, unnatural positions which also cause a lot of muscle pains. I had sleep apnea but that's over now since I am not overweight anymore. I do always have a really hard time actually falling asleep though. It's common that I go to bed at like 0:00, avoid all light/screens and still don't fall asleep untill 03:00 or 04:00. Which is fucked up because I have to work everyday. You'd think 'oh I have slept too few hours on day 1, on day 2 i'll be tired and catch up on those hours' but no, my body doesn't think that way. I'm slowly building up more and more lack of hours of sleep. I'm also tired the whole day, but when I hit the bed I'm wide awake even if I have slept 10-15 hours too less in a week.. and I even have a active/physical job so I should be goddamn tired with normal logic but nope. :meh:

Please visit a doctor for your sleeping problems. I used to have some kind of problems like these too, but not as strong and not as chronic as you have. Now I have to sleep really long to not feel tired/bad, have headache or something else bad. So I got used to get to bed early (I would like to go to bed at 8pm, but that wont work, as I have a lot of stuff to do and lern, so I go about 10pm to 12pm) and stand up early too (like 6-8am (it depends)), but at least I try to get about 8-10 hours. Otherwise I will throw up or have a really really bad mood the whole day and the stress I have wont make it any better...

Could be blood pressure related, get that checked on. If you can have a sleeping blood pressure monitor used, use that and if you have another bad night check for a sudden spike or drop in BP.
