Man, this one is just painful. What he did to the tune is nothing short of a crime. I hate that released version with deep passion.

well, to be fair Gaia was never really released, was it the 2008 version was just a free giveaway tune. There is a veeery short (1:30) clean version of the original version released tho, on the 10 Years Noisecontrollers compilation. It's listed as Gaia (2008 Version) in the tracklist, but it's actually the original, not the free release version

That period of Brennan Heart that th3r3zo posted from was his best era imo. His tracks had that crazy drive while still incorporating (for the time) soft melodies and his signature long breaks.
That version of home he played at Qlimax 2007 was a disaster though Glad him and the guy helping him at the time were able to actually use that melody in the release version.

I am still mad over a decade later that Hard Driver messed up this track. Nothing worse than to hype a track in a trailer only to then change it for the worse (imo) in the release version.

I love how Scantraxx didn't upload the release version lol. Must have been a last minute change or something.

You can also hear in the BM TV video that they changed the kick, which was a mistake in my opinion.

The 'old' version has what sounds like a different and better intro lead and a different kick.

I also know that Frontliner - Greenhouse had a different version with a different reverse bassline (although I prefer the release version):
