Who's it by - is there a HQ download anywhere?

This guy stoppped producing hardstyle some years ago but he released some tracks for free, this one included. Not sure if there is a DL available, I know I had this track in an old HDD but I'm not sure if I still have it.

I saw him stream a week or so ago and he was working on a hardstyle track for a moment then change. After that he went raiding in WoW.
