I fixed it, reinstalled every plugin. Working fine now.

I experience similar stuff lately. For instance, when I'm working in Projectfile_11.flp, but want to go back to Projectfile_8.flp I just double click Projectfile_8.flp in Windows Explorer and then normally, FL should ask me if I want to save the changes I've made in Projectfile_11.flp and after that it should open Projectfile_8.flp. These days, my FL does ask me if I want to save my changes, but after that it quite often gives an error on opening Projectfile_8.flp (corrupt file message). When I try to close down FL at this point, I always get an "This program is not responding" error and after closing it down the hard way, I once again open Projectfile_8.flp, which will then open perfectly fine. Problems occur on both my laptop and my pc. Any ideas on if a certain plugin might cause this?

@8:10 as you see here he has some kind of controller with a macro knob that controls multiple different EQ parameters, is something like this possible in FL studio?

Fuck, ever since I reformatted my computer and reinstalled FL studio, it has such bad crackling issues. Even with the ASIO drivers...every like 30 seconds it'll just go into a crazy crackling spree and I have to press the stop button and restart whatever I was doing, just for it to happen again in another 30. Ive messed with so many settings but nothing changes.

Seriously wtf...theres nothing playing and this happens. My CPU isn't taking any load at all during this either, I have an Intel i7.

Also, something is limiting my track but I have no limiter / compressor / mastering on the master...the master could have 0 fx but something is still limiting my entire track. wtf.

Well, I recently found out that you have to close all vsts (with the X top right of the window) to reduce crackling and stuttering. Sounds mundane, but it helped me massively. I had quite the same issues as you have.
But with the limiting, it could be anything and nothing. Maybe your interface (if you got one) limits or sth, dunno... quite hard to tell what causes this tbh.

When I do leads, I got atleast 3 layers. I want the 2nd one to be 5ms delayed and the 3rd one 10ms delayed (this is because the second layer is panned 50% to the left and the 3rd to the right). This should bring some natural stereo effect. But I can't seem to find any settings regaring this kind of delay, can someone help me out here?

I can't even believe how simple that fix is, and yet it's a complete game changer for me. Just closing the vst with the X has made unusable projects completely usable again! Thank you so much dude.

Hey guys! I searched in the thread but not yet found anyone mentioning this issue.

Previously I couldn't drag and drop files from Windows Explorer to fl studio, but now I can't drag and drop my Edison recording either...

Anybody know a fix?

Edit: Okay I did a general un-install and that fixed my Edison issue, but still have the issue with Windows Explorer.
