nothing past 2006 is early to me

you want the term "Classic hardstyle"

And "hardstyle" started because of influences of trance, hard house, techno and hardcore so because it had influences doesnt mean it wasnt hardstyle. That was the name given because it wasn't purely one of the other 4 I just listed

Well it's not really early Hardstyle as it's from 2008.
Why would you post it in an early hardstyle topic then?
Well for me -personally- it's actually pretty early Hardstyle, if you know what i mean. Not sure why but even for 2008 this outclasses a lot of other Hardstyle tracks.

..and tbh a lot of"early" Hardstyle has too many trance influences to be considered Hardstyle imo. I don't even regard them as Hardstyle.

But ye maybe i am wrong as i started around 2007.
what the hell did I just read?

and for a track related to this topic:

Still the best liveset I've ever witnessed in Hardstyle. That moment when Geck-o played that Chainsaw Remix...

A thousand times this. The live mix takes everything good about the original track and ruins it. That whole remix EP was horrid anyway

Never get sick of this track, bangin hard kick and simple melody
