I don't know if we're listening to the same track but this track is amazing. The atmosphere, the synth, the kick and the hardcore part is even better.
Behind the curtain of everyday's consciousness..
Unpopular opinion, this anthem is really awesome! The intro is really atmospheric and sounds really cool. The melody is quite interesting, not euphoric but rather dark. And I totally wasn't expecting the hardcore climax when I first heard the song, I actually kinda hope Bas makes more hardcore in the future, perhaps taking back the Kasparov name.

Noisecontrollers definitely is trying new things with his tracks. The more I listen to this the more I actually like this. The intro is really weird but kinda catchy!

Okay, that just my opinion but this sounds so fucking empty - just gives me 0 hype for Hardbass.
If you ask me this was the wrong year to give this man an anthem, he had a lack of inspiration in this year and you can hear it.
Normally an hardbass anthem by NC would crank everything into pieces, but this track has no wow effect at all.
The kick is energetic itself but there is no Hardbass feeling at all. The melody is also pretty boring.
Just not worthy for a last Hardbass anthem if I remember for example Hard Driver's 4 anthems in one year
Nonetheless just one track at a very long and good night with a fucking great line up, can't wait for it! Donkey Rollers, Beholder

I for myself really like this anthem. It captures the feeling of this HB being the last ever perfectly imo. But there's something, as someone has already mentioned, that bothers me regarding the mixdown, especially in the intro. My guess is that it's intentional. I don't think that someone that talented like Bas wouldn't make such a weird mixdown on purpose. But that's just my two cents.
