Yeah, they are just using the "slightly distorted" kick which is the new trend in Electro House. Some friends of mine even call this new style of Electro "Hardstyle at 128 BPM". I just gave up explaining them how wrong they were.

People are still over exaggerating about Bas? FFS, people are making him out to be Liam Howlett or something.

OT: Decent track that I'll probably forget about in about a month.

What does that say about hardstyle though? You've got young guys in other genres like Joe Ford, Porter Robinson and the guys from KOAN Sound all being in a completely different league than Bas and they're not even considered to be incredibly amazing. This isn't exactly the topic to be starting a rant over the quality of hardstyle anyway so I'll just leave it at that :)
