Clean up the punch a bit, use some EQing etc on it, and stretch out your dist part. Right now it's very short, and for a banging kick you need it to be longer. Also add another clean bass layer, wich gives your low tones. Don't do this in your dist layer, or you'll probably destroy the sound of it ;)

Leave the first waveform and change the second to something like 3 or 8. then mess around with the Filter and amp delay and sustain, pitch up amount and delay, filter cutoff, and a few other things. Then EQ boost the punchy bit.
Oh thanks haha I had them both of 1, silly me.

Cheers, will fiddle with it until I can get it right. Appreciate it alot :)

Another thing is I'm curious about. What steps you guys do for making kicks.
I usually do this:

1st) Make the punch Tok, distort with plugins, compress it with the distortion plugin, EQ
2nd) Make the punch body.
3rd) Make the sub.

Just like to see how people do theirs :)

Different order every time. Today was Sub, then Dist, then Tok then Punch. My kicks are pretty boring.

Haha,

Anyways here a new sample fixed the punch (body) abit, didn't touch the punch (tok) just left it as it is, made the distorted bass layer more grittier. What you think? Anything wrong with it?

Still has no bass man. Your distorted bass should have a tail on it, making it last longer than your tok/punch. It should also be lower than your tok. Watch some of Yhimself's tutorials on youtube, they should help with your distorted bass dilemma.
