I loved the stage this year, seemed to be minimalist and mainly focused on light.

I told you guys that with less than a week from start of prep to the day of it maybe underwhelming something must have came up because they didn't bother with a curtain or any other elements besides the basic laser array and the sphere behind the booth.

I think they didn't have the curtain up so you got the effects of the lights being so much further behind the stage. I must say I wasn't sold on the stage when I first saw it, but after watching a lot of vids, I think it was actually quite fitting for the "temple of light" theme. Not their best but still decent

Went through N-Vitrals set, that edit/remix/whatever of Fist in Your Face is the greatest thing that was played at Qlimax, holy shit that kick sounds insane in low quality!

edit: here, anyone know if it was an edit just for Qlimax? I'm not that familiar with N-Vitrals work and not too impressed by the set overall, but this track is fucking awesome with this first kick

The stage this year was not that great. I loved last year's sstage so much more. Musically speaking it was the besy of all Qlimax (at least for me) perfect balance between styles, and I enjoyed every single set of the night.

Da Tweekaz did and outstanding job, I loved their set. NC and Atmoz was super great, what an energetic set! Frrquencerz was good, PN was THE BEST of the ninght so far followed by SZP.

G4H and DBSTF were so good too. The only one I didn't like that much was Wildstylez.

The rest were pure gold.

P.S . Villain was super quite, I don't even remember hearing him more than 3 or 4 times during the night.

From my experience, you hear him a lot less when you're in the crowd haha

No special edit of Angeli Domini, get mad, no little riding hood, not even the celebration of sin, they could've also played 1-2 tracks from the DWX label to support their coleagues like "Sound of Sephyx" but i guess it's not the mentality of DWX to make their artists united also...
This was the joke of the event... it's not Freaqshow or Xqlusiv or "Qlimax carnival edition", they could've done 1000 times better.
They showed that they can't adapt to a concept and build something around it this night. I wasn't a big fan since they started to make this "carnival" special hardstyle but well, to each their own, but doing such a bad work for the biggest indoor hardstyle event... wow

Beside that yeah, the stage was a "little" disapointment, like yeah, they put great work in it, but 80+ euros for that ? x) That was quite "reverze level", the show was awesome as always, Sogma rocked it with his preshows intros, that was AWESOME, sound was a little letdown also, not a lot of lows on the front, less than usual to say.

I don't know who made the arrangement for the parking but it was the worst, i do Qlimax since 2009, we searched 20 minutes for the entrance of the parking because at 8:45pm the main parking was already closed ???? Oo then there was a "traffic jam" parking 30 minutes of waiting line to the parking P4... wow, never happened to me before and i already arrived late at the venue, like almost 10pm and we where still on the main parking.

Also, great to finnaly put merch. outside and around the event and not only on the crowd stands, finnally !
