As far as raw artist making the anthem only two come to mind, Adaro and Ran-D have the popularity, seniority and ability to be considered. I know they did it together in 2013 so I think a solo effort with Adaro with Ran-D getting Defqon would be acceptable.
My vote would be Atmozfears.
At some point I'd like to see what Da Tweekaz could come up with. It would be entertaining.

I must be the only one bored of B-Front tracks here? I mean it could be him, but if he uses the same synth and kick as most of his other releases, it'd just be like any other track.

also @ Vicious, how is RR the biggest name in hardstyle atm? D-Block & S-Te-Fan, Wildstylez, Frontliner, NC, and maybe forgetting more, are all still bigger lol.

edit: well, voodoo is still euphoric, but it has that 'eerie' atmosphere. Yeah, they could make a pretty good Qlimax anthem if they would be serious with it and exclude 8-bit sounds or child movie samples.
