This time I don’t understand this
Avb is doing an episod of asot every week (2h I think)
We are at almost 900 episodes and when
he can’t record it, he leaves that others dj mixes the episode

So... I can’t really understand this time

I really dont understand this either.. I mean if you're so busy, why not put together a mix (non-live, just a podcast like the old days). It doesn't have to be glorious, most I dont think even watch the podcast for the video either. It's the music that counts, or it's what should count - throwing together 60 minutes of whatever is easy (SoH Podcast shows this) so I am really torn here, one hand I'm not surprised but I still thought it would take longer than this before the co-hosts/lack of episodes would strike back

I don't know about that. He only has to select like 20 tracks. And the scene has dozens of releases every month. Not even to compare to the mid 2000's e.g. He also puts in old tracks. The selection should not be a problem, especially if he would select tracks from more producers. There are so many great guys out there who deserve a spot. But if you always look at the same labels or guys it can seem like a small scene for sure.
