What an unfortunate response, asked for a little of decency to another user and now i'm being mocked, because i literally said "everyone should hug and cheer him" and of course he's sending people to prison with his opinions

Instead of trying to understand why he said that and point his mistake lets make fun, that will teach him
The greater the LIGHT, the bigger the SHADOW

We can't do a thing about the fact that they like to be thieves.

Some people called ScuL a child when he closed GHF.
But here it's much worse. The owners are criminals.

If Neoflamer feels like he's a victim of the other guys,
those who did setup the fraud, then he's victim of the other guys.
Except earning money by people VIEWING a page is completely legal since its pageview ads. Hosting the music is an issue for lololyrics when people upload copyright-protected materials. Whether it's legal or illegal and who is to blame is mostly a grey area therefore it's better for them to not offer them anymore (or switch to external links) so there are no lawsuits.

Scul was a child by the way. One of the reasons Harderstate exists is because he decided I was not allowed on the forum during my internship at Scantraxx, even though at the same time I worked for Fusion/Fear.FM etc as well. I was seen as a 'spy' and therefore banned from the forum, even though I had no access to their trusted part of the forum and later found out through someone who did have access there that this was the reason why.

Wait, whut? :O

As much as I like this place, it's still a damn shame GHF went down because of one guy. :(

I think the problem may have been hosting lyrics and free tracks on the same site. I've been tracking the dmca takedown notes a few years ago.
So there's a note saying you should take down David Guetta - xyz while you only host David Guetta - xyz (xx bootleg), but also the lyrics to it.
Occasionally, there were takedown notes against tracks that weren't even on the site in any form, so I'm not quite sure how the "search" software works. Maybe someone sampled it in his track and it got detected as the Original track.
However, these notes went close to zero after messaging one of the main providers of the software that's been sending 'em.
