for cleaning off the dust, you can buy a special brush for vinyl cleaning, cost almost nothing and works very well for simple dust cleaning definitely recomending that.

for dirt/fingerprints/etc the best thing is a simple window cleaner in a spray bottle - go for a clean one, not those 'flavoured' green or yellow colored ones as they would leave marks. Cleanes everything perfectly - the vinyls literally shines, it leaves no marks, vaporizes itself after a few seconds. spray it a little on the vinyl and than brush gently in a circles in the direction of the record with a piece of suede textile or something simillar that leaves no marks after it, the best is that little piece of cleaning cloth you get in sunglasses stores to clean the sunscreens (or those antidust cloths you can buy in drugstores fit quite good aswell).

got myself mine in a record store in Lodnon, you can find them pretty much everywhere where they sell vinyls, here for ex.
