From what I heard is that there was an issue with the broadcast but they got it fixed by the time JDX went on? Not sure, to be honest. :?

@ Spear: Q-Dance really dropped the ball on that one, I think they broadcasted AFTER JDX went on. They were having "problems." This is why you test things, and they need to hurry with the fucking podcasts :fist:

Also that crowd looks like it beats a Dutch crowd in being a crowd any day xD

This past weekend spent at the QDance stage has really had a major impact on me. I took with me so much inspiration from this show. Thank you QDance for bringing your production to america! I am very proud of Lady Faith and congratulate her on her accomplishments. I represent the SoCal Hardstylerz we are a group based out of southern California who fully support the american hard dance movement. If you were at the show this past weekend you may recognize us by the ones dominating the front of the stage. I know alot of the world looks down on our country for what we do to music and I realize we do not have a strong culture. And they have good reason. But I have to say our hard dance culture out here in the US does not in any way reflect on our EDM culture as a whole. I see alot of people comparing what happened with Showtek or Skrillex to what they THINK will happen to hardstyle as it comes to America. This is in no way true however, in order for music to be commercialized out here it has to have easy listening, hard dance and hardstyle in particular will never go the route with american fans. Its just too HARD for most to handle. Yes our hard dance movement in the states is small, but we are dedicated and passionate about this music. So please give us a chance

@AKAHottPink: I fear what you are talking about. The US just knows how to destroy music...I hope you are right that it won't happen to hard dance.

Enough with the ignorant statements hardstyle is so far from mainstream in america it's not even funny! Hard beats will NEVER be accepted among the sheep of america..it's just too hard. it is for a special kind of person here. This is a house/dubstep nation, funk soul rock & rock are american roots. Just cause american pop music has influence on music around the entire globe doesnt mean hardstyle fans in america have any influence. It is Netherlands that makes it shit! They copied it from hardcore which has been doing it for awhile now and hardcore is 100x less popular here.

Here lies the problem, When people are complaining about the American influence it's this, Not you personally.

I listen to mainly top 100 all day at work and get scared at how similar some of it sounds to current nu-style. :(
