it could be even better than simply saying good or bad or simple ratings because it allows us to have a better understanding behind a simple number right? not that it's a bad thing to keep texts short in this case, I also do it partly because I don't have any detailed answer or I cannot word properly so I have to read back what I typed a lot of times at a long text :+ but don't make it look like long posts are unnecessary please

Finally heard the album enough to say that it's an absolute beast _O_ Was it worth the wait? I dunno. Depends if one thinks this album really is all that. I do think this album is all that, but should have been released years ago.
Only disappointment is the kick change for "It's Own Creation" (formerly "Chaos"). That mean kick from the original Hard Bass version was a monster :fist:

I'm not really a huge B-Front fanboy, I enjoy some of his stuff but I think he is just too repetitive sometimes and is remaking the same track over and over again. But that in my opinion absolutely can't be applied to the combo of B-Front and Frontliner. Their styles just work so damn great together, so much that together they just work much better than any of them alone imo. Those 4 classic tunes of their (well, 5 if we count Auditory Nerve) are a great example of it, each one of them was completely different to the other, yet absolutely epic, heavy on atmosphere. I would say the same about this album. Yeah, I can see that the album can sound a little homogeneous in the sense it has a certain 'sound' to it, but that's something you can say about basically any hardstyle album imo. Saying that Auditory Nerve, World Outside, Legacy Of The Creators, KICK, Sound Barrier and Other Planets sound the same is just not true. I also completely disagree with saying that this is 'old sounding' or 'outdated'. Can we please just forget the trends for a second and enjoy good music for what it is? Can someone explaing to me why, WHY should absolutely everything follow the same trends? The entire fucking scene is making almost identic sounding stuff now and if someone dares to skip the latest trends and make something else, it's 'outdated music'? There are so many different sounds, branches, subgenres, little things in hardstyle that can be explored, built upon and glorified, yet at any point in time, you have majority of the scene monkey-say-monkey-do-ing the same stuff. Praise be to producers like these two, who have the balls to do it their way, thanks to you the variation in this genre is not long dead by now. And also, this is absolutely a top notch production, in no way this sounds old in terms of outdated sound design.

Anyway, to the point. This is one hell of an album. I won't lie, I completely gave up on it long time ago. Those constant delays and teases felt like they are fucking with us on purpose at certain times. Well, now I have to say this was absolutely worth every day of that long wait. I would dare to say I'm even glad they waited until now, because getting an album full of this kind of music just feels even more special today than it would 5 years ago to me. Maybe it's something in me craving for this kind of hardstyle, thats not overly poppy, nor stupidly raw, but I would say this is easily one of the greatest hardstyle albums of all time. This is absolutely all the way up there with Trinity, Substantial Machinery, Music Made Addictz, Statement of Intent, Substream for me. There literally isn't a weak track here in my opinion. Each track is extremely strong, has a solid theme running through it and is just all around well written piece of music. It feels like a proper, conceptual album that starts somewhere, gets somewhere and takes you on one hell of a ride in the process. You can very clearly hear influences of both dudes here, the melodies are absolute earworms, the kicks are classic sounding pounders that are doing their job phenomenally without trying to oversell themselves. Funny how once you actually write a decent piece of music, you don't need 7 kicks in a single tune, isn't it? :+ I would perhaps put Magic instead of Space Warrior there if there must be a classic track, but I don't really mind.

Best tune for me is easily Legacy Of Creators. Honestly I would probably put it even above Magic in my charts, absolutely mindfucking track. The Anthem (that melody, holy shit), World Outside, Other Planets are among my favorites as well. But then again, there isn't one second of weak music on the album in my opinion. I am so fucking happy I made the conscious decision to absolutely avoid any B-Frontliner rips/uploads until this would be released, this except two or three tracks is basically a never heard before music to me (L)

apart from the album being finally released, the love for the old sound and the cool combo itself the tracks one by one just don't sound too impressive to me. it's a good and homogeneous album to listen as a whole thing, but I will problably not add any of them to my playlist as none of the tracks stand out. maybe it would have had an other impact if it had been released in the time of that sound .. it's a cool time travel now, but that's about it for me.
