^ It's a shame you haven't gotten a room with better acoustics considering all the great hardware you're managing to stuff in there, haha. But hey, you take what you get I guess. Getting a dedicated studio room is far more expensive than buying some hardware 
I still live with my parents and my mum would go ballistic if I started slapping acoustic treatment around the room haha when I get my own place it'll be treated, I'm holding out ok at the moment without treatment... For now!
