Purchased a vip ticket a few weeks ago. Not sure if I'm going to attend the meeting because it's the first hardstyle festival I'm visiting with two good friends. Hope to run into some of you during the festival!

Opening hours
Q-BASE opens its doors at 5 PM (CEST). After 14 hours, the party ends at 7 AM (CEST).

Ticket sales
Tickets for Q-BASE cost €56,- (ex fee). VIP tickets are sold out. Don't have a Q-BASE ticket yet? Order it on Q-dance.com. There will be door sale if the tickets are not sold out in advance. Check the event page on show day.



TRAVEL

Entrance
This year there are two entrances! Entrance 1 (blue) and Entrance 2 (red). Entrance 1 is for cars, taxis and Kiss & Ride. Entrance 2 is for touring cars and shuttle buses. It’s very important to look which entrance you have to take!

Event Travel
Are you traveling from inside the Netherlands? Then book a bus ticket via Event Travel. They organizes buses from more than 250 locations in the Netherlands. This way, Q-BASE is still very easy to reach for visitors who aren’t able or willing to go by car. Check out the schedule including bus stops and book your ticket.

Is your boarding location of choice nog included in the schedule? When you’re traveling to Q-BASE with more than 15 people who all want to board at the same place, Event Travel will arrange a pick-up for you. When you’re traveling to Q-BASE with more than 25 friends, you’ll receive a group discount. Please contact Event Travel for all the possibilities.

Public transport
Do you want to travel to Q-BASE by public transport? From the train stations Venlo and Nijmegen, shuttle buses will be available to take you to the festival side. It’s only possible to order your tickets in advance. Book your tickets via Event Travel and choose the time you want to leave.

Shuttle busses
There will be a shuttle bus service from train station Weeze. The shuttle buses will leave between 4 PM and 11 PM from this train station. The shuttle buses leave on Sunday between 5 AM and 10 AM from the festival area.

Are you traveling to Q-BASE by plane, then use the shuttle bus service at airport Weeze. The shuttle buses leave on Saturday between 4 PM and 2 AM from the arrival terminal at airport Weeze. The shuttle buses leave on Sunday between 5 AM and 10 AM from Q-base.

The shuttle buses are free of charge.

Self-organized bus tours
Are you organizing a bus trip by yourself? Please register your bus at onlineticket.nl. You’ll receive all the information you need a few days before the event. If you register your bus, no parking fee will apply. Unregistered buses will pay EUR 35,- at arrival.

By car
From Eindhoven: take the highway A67 via Venlo and continue on the A73 towards Nijmegen. At the A57, please take the exit Goch/Weeze.

Alternative route from Eindhoven: take the highway A67 via Venlo and continue on the B58 toward Straelen. Then take the B58 towards Geldern and continue on the B9 towards Kleve/Weeze.

Other parts of the Netherlands: travel via Nijmegen, take the highway A73 and continue on the A77. At the a57, plea take the exit Goch/Weeze.

The Route to Q-BASE is clearly marked from all roads. Follow the 'Q-BASE' signs and please follow instructions given to you by traffic officers, stewards and/or parking area staff.

Parking Voucher
Are you traveling to Q-BASE by car, but don’t have a parking voucher yet? Then make sure to order your parking voucher in advance via Paylogic. A parking voucher costs €12,-.

Carpooling
By carpooling together you’ll not only reduce the amount of transport kilometers, but you’ll also save on transport costs. Also you do what’s best for our environment. Register via toogethr.nl or download the Toogethr app, and contact other Q-base visitors. If you have an empty car seat, then easily offer a ride. Are you searching for a ride, then check out all the available rides and send a request to fill the empty car seat.

Kiss & Ride
Are you being dropped off and picked up? Then make sure to follow the 'Q-BASE' signs. After following these signs, the 'Kiss & Ride' location will be indicated separately. Don’t agree on a different pickup location because some road may be closed down! The 'Kiss & Ride' location will be clearly marked from all roads for both visitors and drivers.

Taxi
There will be a separate taxi stand at the parking area. This location will be clearly marked for both taxi drivers and visitors. Taxis aren’t allowed to park at other locations. Finding a taxi after the event might cause problems. That’s why we strongly advice to arrange a different kind of transportation.

OTHER INFORMATION

The weather
Nothing is as unpredictable as the weather. For now they are predicting nice and sunny weather, but make sure that you bring enough warm clothes. Extra clothes can be stored in a locker. You are allowed to bring an umbrella with you, but only a small and foldable model. Big umbrellas will be confiscated at the entrance.

Q-BASE Radio
Q-BASE will be broadcast on Q-dance Radio. Keep an eye on the Q-dance socials for all info.

CD
This year, the official Q-BASE CD Creatures of the Night, is mixed by Max Enforcer, This is Hardcore, Geck-o and Detest & Thrasher. Order now!

App
Have you already downloaded our Q-BASE app? Make sure you’ll download the latest version of the app in the App Store or Google Play Store. Good news, you don't have to worry about your internet usage, the app is also offline available! You can create your own timetable, customize your photos, stay on the hook with the floorplan, see the distance you’ve walked and partied and the app alerts you when your favorites are about to start their set.

Drugs
The drugs policy in Weeze is zero-tolerance. This means that all types of soft- and harddrugs are not allowed. If drugs are found, you will be handed over to the German police.

First aid
There are two first aid stands at the festival area. The first you will find at the carpark entrance and the second opposite the Hangar. Both first aid stands are available during the entire night.

Food, drinks and other goods
You are not allowed to bring food and drinks to Q-BASE, as well as aerosols under pressure and perfume bottles. Deodorant and sunscreen are only allowed in the original and sealed package.

Football shirts and flags
Football club shirts and flags are not allowed. You can wear your national football team shirt or bring you national flag to Q-BASE.

Photography, video and audio recordings
Everyone can bring a camera to Q-BASE. We don't care how big or (un)professional your gear is. So take as many pictures and record as many video clips as you want. Don’t forget to share on social media using the hashtag #QBASE.

Lost and found
Did you lose something? Or did you find someone’s phone, bankcard or ID? Then you can return them at the information stands on the festival site. You can also come to the information stands if you have any questions. Tip: put your personal data on your belongings. Then you’ll be easily traceable if we find something.

Lockers
There are lockers available at every entrance. Renting a locker costs €7,- + €5,- deposit. You have access to your locker during the entire festival.

Identification
The minimum age at Q-BASE is 18 years. Make sure to bring a valid ID with you. We don't accept copies. No ID = no entry.

Medication
It is allowed to take medication with you, but the medication needs to be in the original and sealed package. You also need to bring a medical certificate.

Merchandise
There will be new merchandise designed for Q-BASE. To prevent disappointment we suggest that you visit the merchandise stand as soon as possible to get your Q-BASE shirt, hoodie, jacket or other items. It’s possible to pay with pin or cash money at the stand.


Food
We offer several kinds of food. For example we have organic pastries, chips, doner kabab, milkshakes and also protein shakes!

Plug n Go
Is your phone empty? You can get a phone charger by the Plug n Go stand. You can find the location of the stand in the floor plan.

Hearing prevention
You have only got one pair of ears, so be careful with those. Make sure you wear hearing protection. Also don’t stand to close by speakers, because you can suffer from hearing loss afterwards. By the info stands you can also buy hearing protection.

ATMs
There are no ATMs available, but you can use you card to purchase tokens and merchandise. However, we do recommend that you take enough cash with you.

Take care of yourself… and each other
A whole day and night of partying requires more energy than you might be aware of. Make sure you come to Q-BASE well prepared. Drink and eat enough and keep in mind that it can be cold at night. Our motto as always is "come together, stay together", so take care of yourself and each other!

ACCESSIBILITY AND SPECIAL FACILITIES

General
We did our best to make sure Q-BASE is accessible for everyone.

Parking
There are special parking spaces for people with a disability. Be sure to let one of the traffic wardens know, they will guide you to the right parking space.

Entrance
Besides narrow gates at every entrance, there are also broader gates available which will easily fit a person with a wheelchair.

Toilets
There is a disability toilet available at every toilet group. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask the toilet personnel for help.

Festival terrain
Q-BASE consists mainly of asphalt. Because the area used to be an airport, the roads are much wider which means that you can transport yourself easier.
