For an artist it's useless to keep tracks that have been played and broadcasted circulating on the internet without getting any benefit on it. On the otherhand when the track is online it's not always the right time to sell the tracks in full to everyone. Thatfor there is quiet some time between radio sales and general sales. There is way more exposure and profit on a track that way - hope you understand that the artists also need to earn some money to make a living :-)
p.s.2 did you know that the boys stated that if you want the full version you can message them? I'm sure that's the way they want to compensate the more dedicated music fan
